ABOUT ME

A Little Intro

MD Faim Islam is a Bangladeshi visual artist based in the West Midlands, UK. His work blends contemporary realism with symbolic and surrealist elements, exploring the interplay of light, architecture, psychology, and cultural heritage. With degrees from the University of Dhaka and Birmingham City University, his art bridges tradition and modernity through visual storytelling.

My Exhibitions

Faim has held two solo exhibitions—“Process, Practice, Perception” at Zainul Gallery (2023) and another at The REP Theatre Birmingham (2024). His work has earned national and international recognition, including the Gold Medal for Best Painting and the Bangabandhu Award, and has been featured in over 100 group shows across Bangladesh, the UK, Nepal, and Malaysia.
